Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
• Strong track record of production and product penetration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Detail-oriented with strong compliance knowledge
• Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Work with lenders to secure credit approvals and structure finance deals
• Present finance and protection product options clearly and professionally
• Offer and explain value-added products such as warranties and protection plans
• Maintain full compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations
• Accurately process all finance and lease documentation
• Work closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintain strong CSI while achieving performance goals
