About The Position

The C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a highly qualified, motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all automotive transactions are handled smoothly while providing exceptional service to our customers. The F&I Manager is responsible for securing financing options, presenting additional product offerings, and ensuring all deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Requirements

• A strong desire for continuous improvement and professional growth
• Familiarity with remote signing and vehicle delivery processes for offsite customers
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, including lender requirements and financing structures
• Expertise in deal structuring for optimal profitability
• Proficiency in title laws, vehicle registration processes, and compliance with financial regulations
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport with customers
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Professional personal appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases, ensuring all financial aspects of transactions are handled efficiently and professionally
• Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their ownership experience, including warranties and protection plans
• Structure sales deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines
• Maintain required certifications and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts, and oversee the signing and delivery process
• Submit financial deals to lenders, ensure approval, and make credit decisions when necessary
• Audit post-sale deals to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy
• Expedite the funding of all contracts to ensure timely financial processing
