Requirements
- Proven success as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
- High-energy, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to exceed performance goals and maintain top-tier CSI
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Work with lenders to secure credit approvals and structure finance deals
- Present finance options clearly and professionally to customers
- Offer and explain value-added products such as warranties and protection plans
- Accurately process all finance and lease documentation
- Maintain full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience that drives customer loyalty
