About The Position
We are in search of an experienced F&I Director or F&I Manager that has strong work ethics, sales acumen, and high attention to detail. The ideal candidate must possess the ability and skillset necessary to work in a fast-paced F&I department.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in an F&I manager role or similar
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethics
- Sales acumen
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced F&I department
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Desire to continuously learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a consistent and compliant F&I experience
- Present consumer offerings in a competent and ethical manner
- Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
- Accurately prepare paperwork in a timely manner
- Track contracts in transit and secure funding in a timely manner
