About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate works with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role involves responding promptly to customer leads, answering questions, providing information, and helping customers move from phone or internet contact to an in-store experience.

The Associate helps customers select vehicles, discusses and negotiates terms so payment options align with their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, and closes sales. The role also provides customer support before and after purchase, follows up to ensure satisfaction, builds customer loyalty, and helps transition customers to the Service department to support their vehicle ownership experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

• Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
