About The Position
Fenix Parts is hiring an Automotive Dismantler to safely and efficiently dismantle vehicles and extract valuable parts, including engines, transmissions, and drivetrain components. The role includes checking and labeling parts, testing engines and electrical components, managing vehicle fluids responsibly, maintaining an orderly workspace, and completing documentation. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday day shift and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanic experience, including removing engines, transmissions, and drivetrain components.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a solid understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
- Own and maintain essential mechanical tools.
- Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Safely remove drivetrain components, including engines, transmissions, differentials, driveshafts, and axles.
- Tag and label parts accurately and ensure components meet quality standards.
- Test engines and electrical components.

- Complete necessary documentation.
