About The Position

When customers inquire about a vehicle online or call the dealership, you are the first person they speak with. Your role is to connect with customers, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You are not responsible for selling the vehicle - your goal is to get customers excited to visit the dealership. You will communicate with customers through phone calls, text messages, emails, and internet inquiries while following up with potential buyers and previous leads.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check
