About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Automotive Cosmetic Inspector in Hutchins, Texas. The role identifies cosmetic imperfections and repairs before reconditioning and after the paint process. Additional work may include vehicle preparation, sanding, and masking. The position is based in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center and is part of a fast-paced production environment. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to support skills and pay progression.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Must use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
