Requirements
- 1–2+ years of dealership experience (automotive industry required)
- Experience handling automotive contracts and deal processing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of compliance standards in automotive sales
- Positive attitude with a strong team-first mindset
Responsibilities
- Process and review automotive sales contracts for accuracy and compliance
- Verify deal paperwork and ensure all required documents are complete
- Collaborate with Finance Managers and Sales teams to finalize deals
- Submit contracts to lenders and follow up on funding status
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain organized deal jackets and digital records
- Resolve contract discrepancies in a timely manner
