About The Position

Steve Moyer Subaru is seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join their growing family of dealerships. The title clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles using respective state guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. The company is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with great multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing the highest quality of customer service. The individual needs to be courteous and thorough with all customers. Responsibilities

Accurately process incoming titles and MCO's
Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
Processes new and used vehicle registration
Answer customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles; odometer discrepancies, duplicates, and payoff issue related issues.
