Your work directly impacts the customer experience and we take that seriously. Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends! Compensation: Starting at $20 an hour (Based on experience)

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with deadlines and compliance requirements
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
• Team-oriented and customer-focused
• Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Requirement of Multi-Factor Authentication apps on cell phone

Responsibilities

• Order and process titles for sold vehicles
• Track trade-in titles after payoff
• Complete monthly title audits
• Assist with wholesale title processing
• Manage and resolve titling discrepancies
• Maintain organized and compliant vehicle jackets
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of DMV/IDS paperwork and plates
• Ensure vehicles meet state inspection and emissions requirements
• Track temporary tags and complete audits
• Monitor license plate mailing timelines
• Maintain and verify licensing spreadsheets
• Assist with flooring processes and audits
• Track sold and wholesale vehicles
• Collaborate with store leadership and Corporate Title Clerks to keep everything accurate, compliant, and on schedule
• Additional duties as assigned
