About The Position

As an Automotive Concierge at Ryde, you'll guide clients through their entire vehicle acquisition journey. You're equal parts consultant, negotiator, and trusted advisor—someone who can explain complex deals simply and build lasting relationships that generate referrals. This role requires both office work and in-person vehicle deliveries.

Requirements

• Dealership or automotive sales experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to explain financial details and structure deals
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service orientation—concierge mentality
• Comfortable with both desk work and field deliveries
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Knowledge of automotive wholesale markets a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Flexible schedule (some weekend availability for deliveries)

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vehicle needs and budget
• Explain deal structures, numbers, and financing options clearly
• Source vehicles through dealer relationships and wholesale channels
• Negotiate with dealerships on behalf of clients
• Structure and present deals to clients
• Coordinate and attend vehicle deliveries (critical for the client experience)
• Build and maintain relationships that generate referrals
• Manage client communications throughout the purchase process
• Handle trade-in evaluations and processing
