About The Position
Automotive Accounting Clerk We are looking for an experienced Automotive Car Biller. If you’re a well-organized team player with previous automotive bookkeeping experience, we want you to join our team!
Requirements
- Previous automotive billing experience is required
- Ability to balance large volume accounts
- Detail oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Accurately billing out car deals.
- Process payoffs timely and efficiently
- Remit and account for services purchased
- Prepping accounts for payments & verifying data in system
- Breaking down and Costing deals
- Contact banks to obtain lien releases
