Requirements

Previous dealership experience as an Automotive Biller, Finance Assistant, Deal Clerk, or Automotive Accounting professional is required
Strong understanding of dealership billing and finance processes
Experience processing vehicle deals and funding documentation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional attitude with a team-first mindset

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with dealership software systems is a plus

Responsibilities

Bill vehicle deals submitted by the Finance Department
Review and clean deal jackets before posting for accuracy and completeness
Process and post vehicle sales transactions in a timely manner
Issue refund and payoff checks to customers and financial institutions
Contact banks and lenders regarding funding status
Process vehicle payoffs and related documentation
Make customer service calls regarding paperwork and funding as needed
Work closely with Finance Managers, Sales Managers, and the Accounting Department
Maintain accurate records while meeting dealership and compliance standards
Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
