About The Position

RK Vineland Chevrolet Kia Subaru is expanding its Internet Sales Department and is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our fast-paced, high-volume Business Development Center (BDC). Our team is committed to outstanding customer service and offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, email, smartphones, and web-based applications.
  • Ability to use Google Docs, Excel, and spreadsheets for performance tracking.
  • Excellent customer service skills with effective multitasking ability.
  • Willingness to fully participate in training and follow BDC scripts and procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to inquiries.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous sales, automotive, or customer service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss requests, promotions, and build lasting relationships.
  • Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to generate dealership visits.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to accurately document communications and maintain records.
  • Maintain consistent communication between customers and dealership departments to ensure smooth processes.
  • Participate actively in all required training programs and adhere to BDC scripts and guidelines.
  • Meet and exceed individual goals for appointments set, confirmations, and outbound calls.
