About The Position
Ciocca Automotive is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated call center professional to join its team. The role involves handling customer inquiries and supporting the sales appointment process. Requirements
- At least one previous customer service-related role.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
- Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to appropriate dealership resources.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or who miss an appointment.
