Requirements

Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or automotive-related field preferred, but not required.
Excellent phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
Comfort with using CRM systems, email, and social media platforms to engage with customers.
Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other dealership staff.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through to ensure no lead or opportunity is overlooked.
Must have a positive, energetic attitude and a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and text messages, nurturing and qualifying prospective customers.
Set up test drives and appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Provide product knowledge, answer customer inquiries, and offer solutions to their needs and preferences.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer leads are efficiently processed and followed up on.
Maintain and update customer information in the dealership's CRM system to track lead status, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Ensure that all customer interactions are positive, professional, and exceed expectations.
