Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Technician.
Be a self-starter and process-driven.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
Be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, fuel and ignition, electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers, as required.
Continuously update technical skills and techniques through formal training to keep up with changing automotive technology.
Keep store management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
