About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring an A-Level Automotive Technician at Napleton's St. Louis Nissan. The technician performs vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, using effective diagnosis and repair to build customer trust and confidence. The role is in a growing, fast-paced automotive industry. Pay is based on experience and certifications, with a potential range of $50.00–$55.00 per hour that includes incentive-based pay. Flexible work shifts, weekend options, and relocation assistance are available.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Master Technician.
Self-starter who is process-driven.
Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law and regulations.
At least 18 years of age to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning, and computer systems.
Explain technical diagnoses and required repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers, as needed.
Continuously update technical skills and techniques through formal training to keep up with changing automotive technology.
Keep store management informed of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintain an organized and neat service bay.
