About The Position

The Automation Test Engineer supports testing of an enterprise environment for a cloud-based platform, including its user interface, front-end and back-end development, data exchange and formats, and Section 508 accessibility. The role serves as a cross-functional test automation leader in a Lean-Agile environment, helping plan, develop, and execute automated tests and improve product quality through measurable test coverage, performance and load metrics, and reduced production defects. The engineer develops, maintains, tunes, and documents reusable automation scripts, test plans, test cases, and methodologies across development, test/implementation, and production environments. The position participates throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, coordinates testing with developers and external stakeholders, supports stable environments and validated releases, and ensures compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.
