Acts as a senior systems analyst and primary point of contact for complex, enterprise‑scale systems with broad business impact, providing both Level 2 production support and project delivery across automation, analytics, and platform services. Acts as the lead on complex or escalated issues, independently investigating, analyzing, and resolving problems while applying strong domain knowledge and an understanding of financial services standards. Works extensively with internal customers, cross‑functional IT teams, and vendors to plan, configure, support, and enhance systems, including design input, environment setup, upgrades, and ongoing operational support. Applies specialized business and technical expertise to significant initiatives spanning multiple technology teams and business units, delivering solutions aligned with enterprise standards and objectives. Uses analytical thinking, reporting, and data interpretation to inform recommendations, identify trends, and measure system performance, while providing guidance and direction to junior team members as needed. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office.
