About The Position

We are seeking experienced Technicians to join a high-volume, fast-paced shop with a productive work atmosphere. Small team structures allow for flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and plenty of work to share. OEM certifications are encouraged. The role involves completing vehicle repair orders, diagnosing and repairing automotive systems, testing vehicles and components, and communicating additional service needs and repair-time estimates to the Service Advisor.

Requirements

• Strong automotive background.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to submit to a background check.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon passing a screening that includes a criminal background check, review of motor vehicle records, and verification of Social Security number.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications are ideal.
• OEM certifications are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service needs and provide estimates of the time required for additional repairs.
