About The Position

Porsche Tampa is hiring an Auto Service Technician to join its growing team at a new Gen 5 Porsche Center and state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate has a strong service technician background, luxury vehicle repair experience, and strong diagnostic and analytical abilities. Experience with German vehicles is preferred but not required. The technician is expected to treat each vehicle with care and help deliver high-quality service.

The position offers experience-based pay ranges, with pay determined by experience and certifications. A sign-on bonus may be available for an experienced Porsche Technician, and relocation options are available; candidates should discuss these with the hiring team. Requirements

• Strong service technician background.
• Background in luxury vehicle repair.
• Strong diagnostic capability and analytical skills.
• Treat vehicles with care, as if they were your own.

Nice To Haves

• German vehicle experience.
• Porsche technician experience.
• ASE Master certification, ASE Advanced Level Specialist certification, shop foreman experience, team leader experience, or 25 or more years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics.
• Maintain shop equipment.
• Conduct thorough multipoint inspections.
• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs as necessary.
• Document work on repair orders as necessary.
• Provide customer service when necessary.
