About The Position

Toyota of Tampa Bay, part of Morgan Automotive Group, is seeking experienced automotive technicians. The dealership offers an environment designed to support technicians, with state-of-the-art facilities, large technician bays, supplied toolboxes, and team-oriented shop culture. Compensation and pay ranges are determined by experience and certifications, with potential sign-on bonuses and additional ASE and other OEM compensation. Requirements

• Experienced automotive technician.
• Ability to perform diagnostics on vehicles.
• Ability to maintain shop equipment and perform multipoint inspections.
• Ability to perform mechanical and electrical repairs as necessary.
• Ability to document work on repair orders as necessary.
• Customer service skills when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications, including ASE Master or ASE Advanced Level Specialist.
• OEM certifications or experience.
• Shop foreman experience.
• Team leader experience.
• 25 or more years of industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics.
• Maintain shop equipment.
• Perform thorough multipoint inspections.
• Complete mechanical and electrical repairs as necessary.
• Document work on repair orders as necessary.
• Provide customer service when necessary.
