About The Position

Now hiring a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings. Vara Chevrolet is located off of IH-35 South just a few minutes from downtown San Antonio.

Requirements

Customer service experience
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Good in phone communication
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid current driver’s license
High school graduate or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Spanish speaking is a PLUS

Responsibilities

Answer Service Department phone calls
Schedule Service Appointments
Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
Present financing options based on customer needs
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments, service repair concerns
Contact customers for their recall, maintenance and recommended services
Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with service teammates, other departments, and dealership management
Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Create internal repair orders
File service paperwork
Cross training with Cashier and Receptionist
Other assigned tasks
