About The Position

Route 128 Honda is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused BDC Customer Care Specialist to join our award-winning team in Reading, MA. As a BDC Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience by handling inbound and outbound communications, scheduling appointments, and helping customers navigate their sales and service needs. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, BDC, call center, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience preferred
Strong phone, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of customer interactions
Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mentality

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, text messages, and internet inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, service reminders, and dealership campaigns
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
Maintain accurate customer information and activity records in our CRM system
Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
Meet individual and team performance goals for appointments, contact rates, and customer satisfaction
