About The Position
MEI Group is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) sales team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while guiding them through every step of the purchasing process. We're looking for sales professionals who are customer-focused, goal-oriented, and driven by performance. Buy Here Pay Here experience is highly preferred; however, we also welcome experienced automotive sales professionals who are eager to learn our business model and grow with our organization. MEI Group USA is a Dallas-Fort Worth-based organization with over 30 years of experience in automotive, finance, technology, insurance, and real estate. We operate 8 Buy Here Pay Here dealerships and MEI Auto Finance, selling more than 6,500 vehicles annually while providing customers with an integrated vehicle purchasing and financing experience. With more than 300 employees, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service while investing in the growth and success of our team members.
Requirements
- Automotive Sales experience preferred
- Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) experience is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
- Coachable with a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to successfully complete a background check and verify authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to delivery.
- Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Explain financing options and dealership programs with confidence and professionalism.
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build repeat and referral business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation using dealership systems.
- Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after each sale.
