About The Position
Open Road Auto Group is looking for a Product Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing excellent service to customers throughout their entire car-buying process, showcasing vehicles, explaining features and warranties, and taking customers on test drives. Product Specialists will answer customer questions about cars, financing, and purchase processes, and qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests to match them with suitable vehicles. Staying up-to-date on manufacturer training is essential to remain knowledgeable about all available vehicles.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to our customers throughout their entire car-buying process
- Showcase vehicles and explain their features and warranties, take customers on test drives
- Answer any customer’s questions about cars, financing, and purchase processes
- Qualify buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching them to vehicles
- Stay up to date on manufacturer training to remain knowledgeable on all vehicles available to purchase
