About The Position

Dueck Auto Group is looking for energetic, motivated, and results-driven Sales & Leasing Consultants to join their growing teams. This role offers high earning potential, strong training, and opportunities for growth within an established dealership group. The position involves guiding customers through their vehicle purchase journey, understanding their needs, recommending vehicles and solutions, encouraging test drives, presenting financing and leasing options, staying updated on product knowledge, and building long-term client relationships to foster repeat and referral business. Collaboration with Sales Managers and team members is key to exceeding sales goals and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

A true passion for cars, people, and sales.
A drive to succeed and build a meaningful career.
Previous sales or customer service experience in the automotive industry.
Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) of BC Licence.
Strong communication skills, both in-person and digital.
Tech-savvy mindset with a commitment to learning and growth.

Responsibilities

Welcome and guide customers through their vehicle purchase journey with professionalism and care.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicles, products, and solutions.
Encourage test drives and highlight vehicle features and benefits.
Present financing and leasing options in a clear and supportive way.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, technology, and competitor offerings.
Build long-term relationships with clients to create repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with Sales Managers and team members to exceed sales goals and deliver an outstanding experience.
