Requirements
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with a passion for helping people

- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Prior automotive or retail sales experience
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers online, over the phone, and in-store in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and guide them through the buying process transparently and confidently
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Work with management and F&I to ensure a seamless sales experience
- Follow up with customers and maintain relationships for repeat/referral business
- Stay current on manufacturer programs, inventory, and incentives
