About The Position

Lancaster County Motors is expanding its operations with a brand-new LCM Quality Pre-Owned Facility on Manheim Pike in Lancaster. This new superstore features a rapidly expanding inventory of high-quality pre-owned vehicles and plans for a full automotive repair and detailing center. The company is seeking motivated, energetic, customer-focused individuals who are driven to succeed in automotive sales. This role offers a significant opportunity within an established and respected dealership group, providing a strong inventory of trusted used brands and certified vehicles, along with potential for growth and career advancement. As an Auto Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in helping customers find their ideal vehicle and fostering long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office products
Basic math skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle check

Responsibilities

Generate leads and bring in new prospective buyers
Prospect through referrals, social media, cold calls, and marketing opportunities
Assist customers through the buying process from greeting to delivery
Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
Present pricing, financing applications, and paperwork accurately
Maintain strong product knowledge on inventory and vehicle features
Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Follow up with customers to earn repeat business and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
