About The Position

The Store Warehouse Clerk receives, stores, and distributes materials, tools, equipment, and products and assists with customer service as needed. The role supports warehouse operations by pulling orders, helping route drivers, handling freight, maintaining inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. It is safety-sensitive because it involves heavy equipment, moving conveyors, and hazardous materials. Employment is subject to post-offer, pre-employment drug testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions and address problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including regularly lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Demonstrate customer service, teamwork, attendance, dependability, quality, productivity, and safety-consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Pull daily orders for route delivery.
• Assist route drivers, including checking order accuracy and helping load orders.
• Check in all stock.
• Load and unload freight, including LTL, UPS, and FedEx shipments.
• Keep the warehouse uncluttered and clean, and empty garbage daily.
• Keep inventory orderly and ready for pulling.
• Palletize merchandise as needed.
• Assist with delivery needs.
• Post PWI product in the QL402 screen.
• Complete physical inventory as assigned.
• Complete returns to the PWI Warehouse as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
