About The Position

LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated Auto Part Warehouse Worker to support warehouse shipping and receiving operations. The role involves receiving, storing, locating, picking, packing, and moving parts and supplies, as well as maintaining an orderly work area and following company procedures. The worker may operate manual or powered equipment to transport products. The position pays $19 per hour and may require periodic travel, including overnight stays, depending on position requirements.

Requirements

Up to 1 year of work-related experience.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to communicate basic messages orally, write brief messages, and keep simple records.
Ability to follow standard procedures and guidance from a supervisor or manager.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
Experience in a warehouse or similar work environment.
Prior experience operating PIT equipment, such as a forklift or order picker.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound products and put them away in designated locations.
Pick or pull the correct products from assigned locations and deliver them to a staging area or delivery truck.
Operate manual or powered equipment to transport products within the warehouse.
Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence.
Maintain orderliness and housekeeping in assigned work areas.
Comply with established company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
