About The Position

The Auto Palletizer Operator programs and monitors automated and robotic equipment to build stable, accurate pallets of finished food products. The role supports the safe, timely flow of products to stores by validating case counts, adjusting equipment to meet production needs, troubleshooting equipment, and documenting required checks. The position is based in Wooster, Ohio, and pays $25.50 per hour. The schedule consists of five scheduled days per week, with either Monday and Tuesday or Wednesday and Thursday off. The shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hands-on and classroom on-the-job training are provided. The work is fast-paced and hands-on, with employees on the go for most of the day and frequently lifting, bending, and moving product. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated and robotic palletizing equipment to build stable, accurate pallets.
Program product codes, validate case counts, and make adjustments based on production needs.
Troubleshoot the stacker and related equipment, and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols.
Set up palletizing boards in the proper areas and ensure finished goods flow accurately on the conveyor system.
Use computer terminals to input or request information based on the production schedule and document required checks.
