About The Position

The Auto Palletizer Operator programs and monitors automated equipment to build stable, accurate pallets of finished food products. The role involves operating robotic palletizing equipment, validating product and case information, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring product moves safely and accurately through the production process. The operator uses computer terminals to enter or request production information and document required checks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that keeps the employee on the move for most of the shift and involves lifting, bending, and moving products. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to stand and walk for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be able to lift 15 to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated or robotic palletizing equipment to build stable, accurate pallets.
Program product codes, validate case counts, and make adjustments based on production needs.
Troubleshoot the stacker and related equipment while following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and other safety protocols.
Set up palletizing boards in the proper areas and ensure accurate flow of finished goods on the conveyor system.
Use computer terminals to input or request information based on the production schedule and document required checks.
