About The Position

The Palletizer Operator is a front-line member of Land O’Lakes, Inc.’s manufacturing team, performing production processes that add value and quality to inputs and finished products. The role involves operating machinery and equipment and packaging finished products. It is part of the Purina Animal Nutrition business, which serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States.

The position pays $25.90 per hour, plus a $1.00-per-hour shift differential. The schedule is second shift, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least one year of work experience in any industry.
• Have basic computer and math skills.
• Be able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Be willing to learn new skills, solve problems, and troubleshoot.
• Have strong collaboration and communication skills and consistently demonstrate respect.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of manufacturing work experience.
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience.

• Follow all safety processes and insist on safe practices from oneself and others.
