About The Position

Jacksons is hiring an Auto Glass Sales Representative to assist customers with auto glass repair, replacement, and tint services in a friendly, fast-paced environment. The role combines customer service and sales with scheduling mobile appointments and performing windshield chip repairs. Paid, hands-on training is provided.

The guaranteed minimum pay is $574 per week. Average weekly earnings are stated as $1,000–$1,500 through hourly pay and commissions, and top performers can earn more than $100,000 annually. Training is paid at $15.00 per hour. The schedule consists of 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend availability potentially needed based on business needs.
