About The Position

The Auto Fleet Associate is the first point of contact as it relates to fleet accounts within our Winnipeg retail network. This person is responsible for providing professional, accurate, efficient, and courteous advice to HUB fleet clients with respect to licensing and insurance. This position is also responsible for prompt response to and identifying fleet customer needs with respect to all of our insurance solutions and the benefits of maintaining their account with HUB International. Full-Time opportunity at our Grant Park location.

Requirements

• Working towards a Level 1 license is required (training and sponsorship is provided)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal
• Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment
• Proficiency in windows-based computer systems
• 1-2 years of relevant experience

Nice To Haves

• Sales and customer service experience in a retail environment is considered an asset
• Previous insurance experience would be considered an asset
• Motivated to help support a diverse team and contribute to a team environment
• Pro-active and a self-starter with a keen attention to detail
