About The Position

McCarthy Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Auto Collision Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining damaged vehicles, estimating repair costs, and working with insurance companies to manage claims for our customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle high volumes under pressure. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the estimating/body shop/automotive field, and knowledge of CCC Pathways/CCC One estimating software is essential. A valid driver's license is required.

Requirements

• Experience in the estimating/body shop/automotive field, 3-5 years preferred
• Insurance company estimator a big plus
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Knowledge in Estimating CCC Pathways / CCC One
• Effectively communicate with insurance companies and customers
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Confidence to handle high volumes under pressure
