About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician to perform precise, full collision repairs, including panel and structural work, frame repairs, and quality reassembly. Technicians use modern equipment and industry-leading products, follow repair blueprints, and work with painters, estimators, and front office staff to complete repairs safely and to factory specifications. This position offers a sign-on bonus of at least $1,500 for candidates who start this month, a flag rate of up to $20–$30, paid weekly, and opportunities for career growth and training.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience performing collision repairs.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repairs, including pulling, straightening, and squaring.
• Commitment to following repair blueprints and fixing vehicles correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs without guesswork or shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specifications.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move repairs through the center.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
