About The Position

Caliber is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its West Chester, Ohio service center. The technician performs collision repairs, from minor damage to frame rebuilds, using precise repair methods and restoring panels and structural components to factory specifications. The role includes quality reassembly and working collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff, while maintaining a safe and tidy work area. Requirements

• At least two years of experience repairing collision-damaged vehicles.
• Knowledge of frame and structural repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring vehicles.
• Commitment to following repair blueprints and completing repairs correctly the first time.
• Strong attention to detail, including tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• I-CAR certifications.
• ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and perform precise collision repairs without shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Repair panels and structural components to factory specifications.
• Reassemble vehicles with attention to fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move repairs through the center.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
