About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Auto Body Inspector to inspect exterior vehicle damage at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role involves sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging and tear down, and buffing. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees so their skills and pay can progress with the company. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may be exposed to excessive heat or cold. Hiring is contingent on passing a background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
