About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties that may include repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques. The apprentice is responsible for learning training material and hands-on skills, following a mentor’s direction, learning to read estimates and identify damage, repairing vehicles, and checking work for quality and accuracy. This position provides hands-on experience in a production shop.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
