About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Auto Body Apprentice for its service center in Clarksville, Maryland. The apprentice performs general duties that may include helping repair damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques. The role requires learning training materials and hands-on skills while following a mentor’s direction. Under the mentor’s guidance, the apprentice learns to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy. The position offers hands-on experience in a production shop and paid skilled training and certifications. Pay can be up to $25; the posting does not specify the pay period or whether this is an hourly or annual amount.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
Be able to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 pounds.
Be able to understand written and verbal instructions.
Be able to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Be eligible to work in the United States with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

Previous collision experience.
Collision Vo-Tech certification.
