Provides in-home and community behavioral services to patients with autism as directed in the treatment plan. Participates as a treatment team member by attending meetings, providing feedback about patient progress, and sharing impressions of patient status. Documents observations and care provided in the medical record. Observes patients and reports adverse reactions to medication or treatment to the Program Supervisor and/or Qualified Supervising Provider. Participates in department and unit performance improvement activities. The employee will need to maintain current de-escalation training and utilize de-escalation techniques on a daily basis.
