About The Position

The Auditor will provide Assurance services and business advice to a variety of Asset Wealth Management (AWM) clients, ranging from small, fast-growing clients to large entities. The role requires substantial external audit experience in the AWM industry and knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards. The position is a contract role based in Atlanta, Georgia, and is fully remote. The stated pay range is $70.00–$75.50 per hour. A bachelor’s degree is required, with Accounting listed as the preferred field of study; a CPA is preferred. At least three years of experience is required.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Heavy external audit experience in the Asset Wealth Management (AWM) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards, including applicable industry business and accounting issues and technical accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team leader and team member.
• Ability to manage client expectations, respond constructively to challenges, manage differing viewpoints, and seek and act on client feedback.
• Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment, including working with large, complex data sets and using data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Assurance services and business advice to clients in the Asset Wealth Management sector.
• Apply knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. GAAS, and PCAOB standards to relevant business, accounting, and financial reporting issues.
• Contribute as a team leader and team member within an Assurance practice.
• Manage client expectations, seek and act on client feedback, and build consensus among differing viewpoints.
• Incorporate technology and digitization into client work, including using complex data sets and data visualization to provide insights and improve engagement efficiency.
• Seek opportunities to add value to client account planning and promote ideas and services informed by industry and societal trends.
