Auditor - 1st Shift
About The Position
We are looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our production staff. This role involves developing, planning, and troubleshooting solutions to quality or performance problems while incorporating training, seminars, and developing technologies while providing technical assistance. The position requires considerable concentration in troubleshooting problems, abstract thinking to consider several factors for solutions, and the ability to incorporate new technologies into auditing and problem-solving. The auditor will perform inspections of assembled generators and components, conduct failure analysis, and provide technical assistance to production and quality assurance functions.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, work instructions, electro mechanical, electronic and electrical systems.
- High School Diploma / GED Required

- Must be able to think abstractly, considering several factors to arrive at solutions.
- Must be able to incorporate training, seminars, developing technologies into auditing and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Develops, plans, and recommends workable solutions to quality or performance problems.
- Performs inspections of assembled generators and components in all departments to detect and report any nonconformances.
- Performs failure analysis of warranty returns, customer complaints, and in-house test failures.
- Provides technical assistance to production and quality assurance functions.
- Exercises good housekeeping in work area.
- Observes good safety practices in performance of job.
