About The Position

Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet. Requirements

Daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking
Audit of driver logs and trip reports
Log and driver file DOT requirements tracking
Liaison for internal customer support
Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet

Responsibilities

Completing physical inventories, random audits and reconciliations
Track and report non-conforming product
Perform full audits on picked pallet for Focus and New Stores
Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner
Research and reconcile product discrepancies/variances of over/under amounts and damaged products
Work with warehouse personnel to ensure proper rotation and location of all inventory
Conduct searches in order to locate misclassified inventory
Maintain product identification and location program
Communicate and develop process enhancements as needed (performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them)
