About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Auditor to check and count inbound and outbound freight and perform audits of other warehouse functions. The role ensures products are free of damage and infestation, production code dates are recorded, and shipments meet customer specifications for quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing. The position is identified as second shift, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and pays $20.00 per hour. An attendance cash-in bonus is also offered.

The Auditor may operate a forklift or other materials handling equipment and assist with loading and unloading as needed. The role also involves maintaining a clean and orderly work area, supporting warehouse security and safety, and participating in physical inventories. Requirements

• Must meet material handling equipment certification requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Six months of warehousing or material handling experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Count inbound product, compare it with the manifest, and check shipments for damage, infestation, and production code dates before storage.
• Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments using appropriate forms and forward reports to the appropriate party.
• Sign for inbound shipments or accept signatures for outbound merchandise when specially requested.
• Check outbound freight filled and assembled by warehouse personnel.
• Verify outgoing shipments against customer orders for quantity, quality, labeling, and address accuracy and completeness.
• Safely operate a forklift or other materials handling equipment as required and assist with loading or unloading merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Help maintain warehouse security and conduct operations in a way that promotes safety.
• Participate in physical inventories.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
