About The Position
Under direct supervision and following standard procedures, this role investigates, reviews, and rates audits received by audit vendors, in-house auditors, and agencies. The primary focus is on commercial lines audits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work legally in the United States.
- No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Responsibilities
- Review and rate audits for all lines of business; resolves outstanding audit issues.
- Process audit endorsements.
- Research, compile, and enter data in specified format for reviews/reports and systems.
- May assist in the development of projects and procedures.
- Build and maintain working relationships with underwriters, auditors, agents, insureds, vendors, and coworkers; requests information, answers questions by telephone, email, and written communication.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
